Shipping
Our standard shipping rate is Royal Mail second class. Please purchase a shipping upgrade if you would like your orders tracked. Our free standard UK shipping on orders over £35 is Royal Mail 2nd class.
Delivery
All orders are usually dispatched between 1 - 3 working days. Standard free Uk shipping is Royal Mail 2nd Class and usually arrive between 3 - 7 working days , however, most parcels usually arrive much quicker than this.
Orders to Europe usually takes 5 - 12 working days, but typically arrive much quicker than this. Orders outside of Europe typically takes 6 - 18 working days, but typically arrive much quicker than this. If you purchased a tracked postage service, you should receive a tracking number in the dispatch email. Returns
We have a 21 day return policy. However, due to health reasons and policy, we cannot accept returns for earrings that have been worn. Please send a message and we will give our return address. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item.
We process all refunds within 48hrs of receiving the item back. Please allow 3 - 5 days for the funds to arrive in your account. Send as a message about the product you wish to exchange, once we get the item back, we will have the exchange in the post in no time. Jewellery care
All our Jewellery is intended to be loved and worn for years. so to keep your jewellery looking their best, we have some suggested tips:
* keep your jewellery away from liquids, sunscreen and perfume. Wipe immediately if they become wet. * Almost all our pieces are made from brass, unless indicated. You can clean your brass jewellery with a silver cloth if you want to give it a bit of shine. *Remove your jewellery when exercising, showering or sleeping *Keep your pieces in a jewellery pouch or box when not in use. If you wish to change an order, a delivery address or cancel an order placed, please send as a message as soon as possible, so we can make the necessary changes before it is posted. Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change it.
